The building was spotless, the staff courteous and punctual, close to Chong Nonsi metro, the surrounding area quiet and full of restaurants, the elevator took us up to the terrace, the bed was comfortable and roomy, there were 3 bathrooms and 3 shared showers, and a personal locker. Because there is no 24/24 reception, you have to plan your check‑in and especially any luggage storage after check‑out.

The owner was very helpful in replying to messages and even gave me all the details for self‑check‑in even though I arrived late in the evening; the bed was comfortable.

“コスパ高い”

I used it because I had a scheduled injection at the Red Cross Hospital, and it’s in Bangkok’s economic hub. Prices around the area are high, but convenience is high too, yet the cost is low. If you want to see Bangkok on a budget, I recommend Khao San. It was unclear whether staff were on duty or not; the system felt like Airbnb. The shared floor seemed under renovation, so interaction with housemates was a bit awkward.

The manager was very approachable and the staff supportive, making me feel at home, but the rules and directives were very strict.
