The staff were friendly, though there was a bit of miscommunication at check‑in that was eventually sorted out. I expected a slightly larger room, but it turned out fine. It would have been nice to have two chairs in the room. The location was great—we could walk straight into the city centre. Breakfast was held elsewhere, which was actually fun, dining among the Italians. The only downside was the lack of clear information on where we could find check‑in details beforehand.

النظافه فقط. التكييف في اول يوم الجاهز الواقف وانبوب يطلع الهواء من الشباك وتم تغيير الغرفه الى مكيف عادي ثاني يوم اللوكيشن المرسل منهم غلط الموقع متوسط

The service was terrible; when I arrived nobody was there to greet me, they just left an apology and a phone number that didn’t answer. They’re not even in the recommended category for Booking. As a consolation, they gave me a free breakfast gift (which I didn’t need). It was truly a bad experience.

“Friendly & helpful staff”

Very friendly staff. Easy to find. If you take bus c2, make sure to push the button so it stops right outside the front door. We’d stay here again.
