Hotel O Alif House Syariah 2

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was a disaster. Upon arrival at 11 PM, I found the door and gate locked, and no matter how hard I knocked or called the owner, Mr. Edi, there was no response. We were left standing in the rain, and it was a terrible experience. I ended up booking another hotel and would not recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel's location was convenient for my work, but I was disappointed with the service. The bed sheets took a while to be changed, and I had to wait until 2 PM for check-in, which was a bit inconvenient.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to the amazing host who truly cares about his guests. The accommodation was great, and I felt like I was part of the family. Booking was a breeze, and I had no issues at all.

The hotel's room was comfortable, but the air conditioning wasn't working properly, making it hard to cool down. Overall, the place was nice, but the AC issue was a bit of a letdown.

I had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to the spacious and comfortable room, clean bathroom, and friendly owner who was very helpful. The location was also strategic, making it easy to get around. However, I had some issues with the payment process, as the online rate was the same as the offline rate, and there was no option to pay through the app. I hope the owner will consider adjusting the pricing in the future.
