The location was solid and the staff were helpful.

The location is fine, but the owner is very rude and the staff wakes you up at 7:00 am for a 12:00 am checkout. There are roaches and mold throughout the hotel, and the laundry, towels, and sheets have burn marks and aren’t clean, with brown‑stained sheets.

The bed was soft and the city view from the headboard was gorgeous, and Tiara the housekeeper was helpful and friendly. However, the night staff were rude, I couldn’t move to a lower room because I’m handicapped, the prices were too high, there were incidents, and there was no real breakfast.

The staff were ugly, very rude, and I wouldn’t recommend this place; it’s also way overpriced. They told me I couldn’t come back, but they never explained why, just said “I don’t think I like you” and it was crazy.
