Staff were very frank and loyal.The hotel is in the heart 9f thetown. Cleanliness including the bed covers,room toilet and bathroom.Really need to improve on cleanliness

The staff were extremely helpful and polite, but the overall hygiene was just fair or average. The carpet on the floor looked like it had been there for decades without cleaning, the toilet supplies were dirty, and while the bed covers and quilt were cleaned, the mattress itself smelled bad.
