I keep coming back to T&C Hotel Patong whenever I visit Phuket because it consistently delivers courtesy, kindness, cleanliness, and comfort, all at a great price‑quality ratio.

The staff is the best thing here. However, the constant beeping from the football field and the distant car noises are hard to ignore.

“A home far from home”

Everything was excellent. Everything was wonderful.

“Helt ok”

The location is nice, even though it takes a 15‑minute walk to the beach. The price was three times higher, and the staff kept mentioning that it was high season.

“It's not worth the money.”

The place was too far from Patong beach—about a 20–30 minute walk. Most of the staff didn’t speak English, creating a huge communication barrier. At check‑in, the air‑conditioner leaked, so we had to complain and were moved to another room. The lift was out of order several times. The toilet had a major problem that we reported, but it wasn’t fixed until we checked out. When we left, we were told a face towel was dirty and charged THB200 for it, even though we hadn’t used that towel. We didn’t receive a receipt until we asked for it.
