“Leuk appartementje”
I stayed in a freshly renovated apartment with hotel service for three nights, and everything met my expectations. The host’s communication was pleasant and accurate, and the room was tidy and clean. Faliraki’s attractions are all within walking distance, so I never had to travel far.
“Keyifli ve rahat ettiğimiz bir konaklama geçirdik. Dairenin konumu temizliğinden çok memnun kaldık. Her şey yeni ve bakı”
The location, cleanliness, and design of the apartment were excellent. Each room and the lounge had well‑working air conditioning, and every room had its own TV. Parking was not an issue, and the property was close to the famous coves and the main street. The downside was that there was no shower cabin and no space to put shampoo in the shower; the terrace faced the sun all day, so you couldn’t sit there during daytime or noon hours. A solution would be appreciated.
We are thrilled with our choice. Jimmy’s Garden is an excellent place; the apartment—a King Suite with a spa bath—is stunning and matches the photos perfectly. Staying in the apartment and on the balcony was a real treat; the entire floor is private, featuring a gorgeous view and a fantastic Jacuzzi. Everything is close by: a grocery store, cafes, and restaurants. It’s a 10–15 minute walk to the beach along a main promenade lined with shops, bars, and restaurants. The beach offers plenty of water sports for all ages, and even more beautiful beaches are just a 10‑minute drive away. We also rented a car to explore the lovely surrounding mountains and sites, such as Seven Springs, the Toy Museum, and the Valley Butterflies. A special thank you to the owner, Stergos. He was always there for us, helping with every request and going above and beyond. We and the children had a wonderful time. Highly recommended. The only downside was that we visited in late August 2026; it was hot outside on the terrace during the day, but the evenings were perfect.
“Zimmer schön. Reinigung ungenügend. Preis/leistung schlecht”
The room and view were lovely, and the Jacuzzi was the best part; the bottle of wine that arrived was a nice touch. However, it was already a bit dirty upon arrival, and I had to contact the owner each time I needed something, only to find most requests ignored. Other reviews claimed daily cleaning, but my bathroom was never cleaned, the floor was only half‑heartedly mopped after repeated requests, and the sheets were changed once. The coffee machine appeared in the description and photos but didn’t arrive until I asked again. We had to buy toilet paper ourselves because our request was ignored. Expect an Airbnb, not a hotel. There was no shower gel or shampoo, even though the photos suggested otherwise. For the price of a 5‑star hotel in Greece, it felt almost like a rip-off! Despite all that, we still enjoyed our stay.
“Il giardino di Jimmy sembra un cortile”
The renovated room had a comfortable bed with a topper, good water pressure, and a nice lighting system. The host was never seen, and the key was left on the window. Room cleaning was average, and there was too much deodorant in the room. The dishes were crossed, and there were endless ants and cockroaches in the bathroom. After reporting this, I received a reply after two days saying no pest control was needed, just a missing mosquito net. The wine bottle was missing. The external environment was quite chaotic. I do not recommend staying on the ground floor next to the laundries; the laundry line is exposed to wind, so the clothes fall to the ground and become a breeding ground for cats. Privacy was low, especially in the bathroom, as the window faced the passage of other guests. The adjacent road has four lanes, is heavily trafficked, and has no pedestrian crossing. The “garden” is actually a laundry room and a storage for tables and stools, and it is quite neglected.
