The people were very friendly and the location was good. However, planes were heard frequently.

“Rilassante, comodo e bello.”

The room was very spacious and well furnished. The pool area, gardens, and restaurant were nice. I didn’t like that they didn’t give water in the room, and the fridge was empty, even though water should be included in the price. I also didn’t like that I was charged extra taxes when I paid because they didn’t ask for my country of residence, so I paid more; when I noticed, they refunded the difference with a credit to use for consumptions (they don’t give cash back), which I found a bit unfair.

“Agradable”

The food was very good, I liked the restaurant, and we ate breakfast and lunch one day and it was delicious. The hotel staff were very friendly. The place was pretty. The room was very comfortable. We found the fridge not stocked; we had no water. We could hear noise from the rooms on the side, and the gym was too small.

I was blown away by every aspect of the service, from the breakfasts to the spacious, air‑conditioned rooms that were incredibly comfortable.
