The staff were very friendly, and the lady was helpful with her clients, also very kind.

The place was clean, but the loud music stopped only at 2 am.

The room was large and clean, and the staff were friendly. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work in the room, only in the hotel lobby; the air‑con was unreliable (it would turn off and on randomly); the shower was a bit narrow.
