“Very very very bad .”

I didn’t like anything; it was a very bad experience. The owner was very rude and abusive, they gave the booking to someone who paid more, and told me to go to a consumer court.

I was extremely disappointed and won’t use this again; this was our second and final attempt with the platform, and it ended in a terrible experience. We arrived to find no rooms available despite a confirmed booking, there was no direct contact number to resolve the issue, the hotel name had changed making it harder to locate, and there was zero accountability from the hotel. This is not the level of service expected from a global booking platform, extremely unreliable and disappointing. I won’t use this platform again.
