The beach was good. After a 15.00‑minute journey to the hotel, a small booking error caused a registration glitch, and we were left waiting for an hour with no help offered to resolve the issue. Later they gave us a room that was ready at exactly ten, making it almost impossible to sleep, as if on purpose.

Everyone on the staff was super friendly and welcoming, but I felt the comfort level didn't match what a 5‑star hotel should offer.

Love the staff so attentive. The grounds were beautiful. The pool and beach areas were beautiful and amazing. Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean and was nice to sit out there and enjoy a cup of coffee. NA
