The hotel offers good value, rooms and the pool are spotless, breakfast is excellent with a wide selection of dishes, only downside is the sauna is only open from 3 pm to 10 pm; otherwise everything is fine. When I checked out I had to hand over a $50 deposit that was given back at departure. After leaving the keys and waiting for the room inspection, the front‑desk staff told me everything was fine and I could leave, only then I remembered the $50 when I passed half a kilometer from Phnom Penh and had to turn back. Why don’t the front‑desk staff remind guests to collect their deposit? They all insist on a $50 cash deposit at check‑in, yet none mention it at check‑out. It’s a bit disappointing, but I understand it’s my responsibility to remember, though it does dampen the guest experience a bit.

The location was excellent.

“Uncomfortable stay.”

The room I stayed in was large and roomy, though the bed could have been a touch softer. Over the five days I ate the same breakfast each time; it was bland and offered no variety. The staff were neither friendly nor helpful and struggled to understand English.
