Hotel O Pragati Prime

I had a really disappointing experience from the start. We booked an air-conditioned room, but when we arrived, the hotel staff offered us a non-air-conditioned room instead. This was not what we paid for, and it set the tone for a very poor stay.

Our stay at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish. When we arrived, we were asked to pay more than the booking price, and we were told that our reserved room didn't have air conditioning, despite our reservation showing otherwise. The sheets were dirty, and the rest of the room was questionable in terms of cleanliness. We ended up sleeping in our clothes on top of the bed, and the hotel's photos didn't match the reality.

“I didn't go there, because when i called there, the guy was in sleep and said the hotel is closed”

Unfortunately, I never even got to see the hotel, which was a major letdown. When I called to confirm, I was told that the hotel was closed, and the person on the phone seemed to be half asleep.

“Very nice”

I'm not sure what to make of this hotel, as my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the staff was very nice, but on the other hand, I was told that the hotel was nice, which didn't really give me any specific information.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel, which exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel was very clean and hygienic, and the staff was incredibly cooperative and friendly.
