The hotel has convenience stores in front and behind it, and it’s also close to the station. The hotel is a bit old.

The room is clean, located in the center, 10 minutes walk from the main station, with a metro stop and public transport right by the hotel, and the breakfasts offer a selection of Korean dishes for tourists from Europe. The only odd thing is the bathroom, which feels like part of the room rather than a separate space.

The spot is great, right next to the bus stops and subway stations. No complaints.

The building is a little old, but there are no issues with the facilities or hygiene. The location is close to the subway station and the bus stop is right in front, which is convenient. While many other hotels cancel bookings unilaterally for concert demand, this hotel did not do that and handled the reservation confirmation properly (which is standard service, but other hotels were far worse). The staff were also friendly. No negatives.
