The location is good. The entrance area, old floor coverings (carpets), and smoking room were not ideal.

“Душевно и комфортно”

The building looks a bit rough on the outside, but inside it's clean and cozy, almost like stepping into a friend's house where the guy at reception greets you. Everything is straightforward and unpretentious, though you should factor in the distance to the city center – we drove there. A real treat was the jar of homemade jam they offered, which felt very heartfelt. Parking is free right next to the hotel, and there’s a grocery store just across the street. On the downside, the trash outside gave off a strong, unpleasant odor that I couldn’t trace, and overall the exterior appearance left something to be desired.

The manager is very friendly and welcoming, and there’s nothing else that stands out.

If you’re not particular, the place is absolutely excellent; the only drawback is the lack of cooking facilities.
