The hotel was spotless and comfortable, the water park looked beautiful, every staff member was friendly and attentive to whatever we needed, they even offered a free shuttle to the city centre whenever we wanted, everything was simply wonderful!!

The reception staff were pleasant, but the place isn’t suited for European tourists. The host pushes the aquapark, yet it’s mainly for locals and you can’t swim there in a two‑piece swimsuit, which made my teenage daughters feel very uncomfortable and self‑conscious. There’s nothing around the hotel and everything is still under construction. Breakfast was just the bare minimum – sachet coffee, no variety, no fruit – and I can’t see why some reviews were more positive given what we booked. Very disappointing.

the staff was fantastic. Food was horrible. The shower was inadequate

The team was extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very spacious, but the restaurant was a let‑down: we ordered dishes and after a long wait the meals that finally arrived were not what we had asked for.

The staff were courteous and quick to respond to requests, the room was clean and very comfortable, and the in‑room dining service from the restaurant was excellent.
