I loved the staff service and it’s really pleasant and the quick response. The apartment is well equipped and well organized. I really like the location. I highly recommend it.

“Scarsa professionalità e attenzione al cliente”

The room matched the size, the only positive note. Unfortunately, some aspects negatively affected the experience. In particular, the rooftop pool was not adequately clean. The biggest issue was the massage service. The masseuses, while professional and skilled, were external to the hotel. The problem was caused by the hotel reception’s management: the receptionist told me a wrong price. Even though I checked and emphasized the cost multiple times, indicating it in both euros and dirhams to avoid language misunderstandings, at the end of the massage I was asked to pay a higher amount than previously communicated. I was therefore forced to pay the difference personally. What I found even more unpleasant was the reception’s handling of the situation: while I tried to explain what happened, instead of providing clarifications or seeking a solution, they simply turned away and left, leaving me without any assistance. Moreover, the massage did not take place in a private room, but on a mezzanine accessible to other guests, with continuous passing of people and a lot of confusion. For a service of this type, I believe privacy and a suitably reserved environment are essential. Too bad, because the room and the facilities had good potential. Better attention to cleaning common areas and, above all, a more professional and transparent management of the services offered would have made the stay decidedly better.

The apartment was spot‑on in location, and the owner was quick to respond while the staff were genuinely pleasant. However, the place was noisy because of nearby construction, the photos were misleading, the apartment looked far less attractive in person, the bathroom was cramped, and the indoor pool was non‑functional. The apartment itself was fine, but we were disappointed compared to the pictures.

The rooftop area was pretty cool, and there was free underground parking. Getting to restaurants was easy, and the whole spot felt like an upscale neighborhood. The balcony spots in the apartment were really nice. The roof pool was a bit dirty, but that was okay. The hammam wasn’t working, and honestly, that’s why I’d have wanted to stay there.

“Incroyable Merc”

The spot was exactly right and the price was very affordable, better than going to a hotel. Thanks to the staff, especially the amazing gentleman who handled the days, the managers, and the lady who looked after the apartments – their responsiveness was incredible and everything was spotless.
