“Need to upgrade service.”
The location is beautiful, yet the maintenance and service don’t justify the value.

The view was peaceful, but room service suffered from long delays.

Nothing at all, especially for the price they charge. Every floor on the second level had a weird noise that persisted 24 X 7, and the customer experience was very poor.

The staff behavior, the food, and the cleanliness were positives, but the time of visit wasn’t ideal for a vacation.

The spot is great, but the room could use more moisturizers.
