“Regular, en cambio Granbell Shinjuku fue excelente”
The room’s comfort and the location were good. However, every available room was for smokers and the hallways smelled heavily of smoke.

The location and the kind staff were nice. It didn’t look clean at first, but it improved after the first cleaning; it still felt worn and not cleaned when we arrived.

I think the location was convenient to get where you needed to go to explore Shibuya. I liked how you get clean towels everyday. The room was a little smaller than I thought for the price I was paying. But it was silver week so I understand that everything was a little bit more expensive. I feel like my single room was an older room & probably at one point had to be a smoking room. Maybe because it’s small with the poor ventilation but some of the paint was starting to peel & the carpet was stained. Other than that, I still had a good night sleep

The location was the only good thing about the hotel. A power outlet didn’t work properly, the sink was dirty, and the area behind the TV socket was full of dust because nobody cleaned it in ages.
