I went to the lotus inn tourist resort after booking. I called many times from 1:00AM to 1:11AM but no response till this time. We went there at 1 am, believing we had booked a room.It's been very difficult to find another hotel to stay at after calling at 1am and not getting any calls.This has become a great betrayal of trust. They’re cancelling discounted bookings, so I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
