The room was clean, but I was told breakfast was included when I booked and we never received it. I was charged $40 for parking even though I filled out the questionnaire that supposedly waived the fee; the front desk clerk was rude and told me I didn’t have to pay, yet my card was still charged $41.00. I’ve reported the issue and will never stay at a Marriott again.

Getting in and out was convenient; a quick turn onto the 101 expressway. Breakfast included a drink and a main dish (hamburger, omelet, yogurt bowl, etc.) ordered at the first‑floor restaurant. The hotel feels a bit dated, the twin room was okay, but the king room felt cramped.

I liked the location and the morning staff, but the evening employee Vish was overly pushy, insisting on a survey and even answering the questions himself. He was not pushy at all, which is a contradiction.

The rooms were big, the staff were great, the bistro was nice, and the beds were comfortable. The pool was hot and not refreshing.
