Greenleaf The Resort & Spa, Ganpatipule

We paid ₹10,000 for a single night and it was a complete letdown. The lobby, bar, and restaurant lacked proper AC, making it very uncomfortable. Breakfast was awful, even the juice tasted bad. The hotel’s marketing sets high expectations, but the actual property fails to meet them; I’d never pay more than ₹3,000 per night for this place and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The location is excellent with a private beach, but there was no room service and the flush in the bathroom wasn’t working properly.

The food and staff were very good, and the room and facilities were also satisfactory, but the tariff is quite high and breakfast is not included.

“Awesome Konkan Hospitality !!”

The property sits nicely about 10 minutes from the beach, and the in‑house restaurant serves awesome local food—don’t miss the ukdiche modak. The rooms are clean and neat, the pool area is serene, and there’s a dedicated parking space for four‑wheelers. Many local restaurants are around the hotel, making it a comfortable and reasonably priced stay in GanpatiPule.

Breakfast was good, but it could be better with bacon and sausages; currently only eggs are offered and the single small toaster causes delays and queues.
