“Grata sorpresa en el centro de Cuenca.”

Super clean. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable, the sheets are impeccable. The staff’s attention is fantastic, always looking to serve and find options for our needs. The location is ideal if you want to walk around the city center. Parking is a bit uncomfortable, although you have the option inside the building, which is uncommon in Cuenca and a great advantage. Breakfast is basic but works quite well; if they added butter and jam it would be complete.

“Acogedor hotel con excelente ubicación e ideal para toda la familia”

The location was excellent, the staff very friendly and attentive, the room immaculate and warm, the one I chose had a balcony with a lovely view, parking was next to the hotel, and breakfast was fresh and tasty. Parking is a bit narrow (consider if you travel in a large vehicle), breakfast isn’t very varied, and the balcony option can be slightly noisier but not intolerable.
