I booked through Booking expecting a safe stay, but upon arrival they told me the room I'd reserved was already taken and gave me a different room.

The location was very close to the plaza, making everything accessible. However, the room was only cleaned once during our four-night stay, and on the second day a cockroach appeared in the bathroom.
