The breakfast was good. The room didn’t look well cleaned; there were items from the previous guest in the waste bin.

The heating was off so the room felt cold, and the other room had a broken glass window. The staff were really nice.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was great and not expensive. Getting to the room was a challenge because the stairs were steep; we could have booked a ground‑floor room but that option wasn’t visible when we booked.
