A private balcony and terrace overlook the garden and city, providing outdoor space with views. The room sleeps two and includes a desk, safety‑deposit box, dining table, seating area, refrigerator, electric kettle, tile/marble floor, a socket near the bed, a flat‑screen TV and free Wi‑Fi. The en‑suite bathroom features a bath, shower, separate toilet, hairdryer, free toiletries and toilet paper, and the accommodation is served by single‑room air conditioning.

The accommodation was spacious, quiet, and calm, but the pool was dirty.
“I was only going to stay two weeks, but ended staying 2 months.”
For a 2‑star hotel, it’s hard to find any major faults.

The room was cleaned each afternoon, which suited late risers, and the hotel was generally quiet except for one afternoon and evening when a group in another room made noise; a table and two chairs were available for meals, a safe was inside the wardrobe, and coffee‑making facilities were provided. Reception operated from morning until late afternoon, and guests received a keyfob to access the hotel. For shoppers, Big C was a 5‑10 minute walk away, and for cat lovers, the Maine Coone Cat Cafe—just across the road and to the left—offered a comfy sofa to sit while feeding and playing with the cats. Though the hotel sits on a road away from Pattaya 3rd Road, early‑morning motorbikes sometimes rode nearby, slightly disturbing light sleepers, but most guests found it acceptable.

The hotel was spotless, and the bedding was replaced during our stay; the Wi‑Fi worked flawlessly, and the receptionist and housekeeping staff were very friendly, plus the location was great. The only downside was the 10 am checkout—should be 12 pm—and the fridge didn’t seal properly.
