I appreciated the staff’s help with keeping my luggage and changing my dress, but the room had no air ventilation, no window, and no outside view, making me feel suffocated.

Nothing was good. The hotel couldn’t accommodate me and I was told 2 hours before arrival, so I had to book another place at midnight—deplorable. The lack of professionalism was evident.
