I never imagined a hotel could look so run‑down and broken; after two hours I was practically fleeing. The only bright spot was the friendly, understanding staff and the central location. Please remove this property from the portfolio – it’s unacceptable for anyone. 🫣

The staff’s overall attitude was very kind. When we paid inclusively, we were charged for the 3× meal but only received soft drinks and coffee, no alcohol. Other hotels didn’t do that. I was really upset by this discrimination and can’t understand why it happened.

The beach was great, but the room’s air‑conditioning was not good.

I had direct access to the beach, and Hamdy, the waiter at the pool restaurant, was the only person who really understood hospitality. I booked and paid for a triple room, but when I arrived they had put me in a double. The receptionist, when I tried to show her my booking, told me “I do not care what you have, I only care what is reflected to me on the hotel’s system.” She said she had no triple rooms and could do nothing. I tried to negotiate a refund for the difference, but she said they hadn’t received the money from booking, so there was nothing they could do. Even the “hotel owner” was rude, asking in a mocking tone why I was upset after hours of waiting. Those hours were spent with staff leaving me for 20–30 minutes and then coming back to ask “ha so what are you going to do!” Only when I said I would call the Tourism Police did they suddenly find a triple room available. What a sick joke! The restaurant was not clean at all, with food droppings on the floor and tables. The restaurant manager was utterly disrespectful, and asking for napkins or plastic spoons felt like asking them to skin themselves alive. When I asked for a napkin, he had to call two or three other people just to find one. No one at this hotel understands what hospitality means at all.
