The location is excellent, right in the heart of the medina, and despite being so central, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. It spans several floors and also has a nice terrace. I’m currently traveling around Morocco and have been on the road for three weeks. I originally booked this accommodation for two nights, but after staying for only one night, I left without even requesting a refund for the second night. The main problem was the absolutely unbearable smell in the room. Before booking, I had seen several reviews mentioning a bad smell, but I honestly thought, “How bad could it really be?” I assumed it might simply be the body odor of a previous guest. But after staying there myself, I realized that this was not the case. The room itself had an extremely strong, sour, sweaty body odor — almost like intense, unwashed armpit odor. The smell was there whether there were other guests in the room or not. It was so strong that simply being inside the room was extremely uncomfortable. I tried spending time on the terrace instead, but other guests were smoking marijuana there, so that was not really an alternative either. Because of this terrible odor, I completely changed my travel plans. I had originally planned to spend two nights and three days in Chefchaouen and explore the city slowly, but after just one night, I left and moved on to my next destination. After being exposed to that smell, I even became extremely sensitive to other unpleasant smells around the city, such as the smell of cat urine and feces in the streets and the strong smell of marijuana in some areas. If you have a normal sense of smell, I honestly cannot recommend staying here. I have no idea why the room has such an intense body odor, but for me, it was unbearable and was the main reason I left after only one night.

Posizione, terrazza. Dormitorio con aria irrespirabile, almeno obbligate a lasciare fuori le scarpe.mai più, infatti al ritorno a chefchouen ho cambiato
