The room, bed and clean sheets were all good, but the lift was broken. My wife uses a wheelchair, so climbing the stairs was tough, although we hadn’t realized a lift existed in the first place, so it wasn’t a huge issue. It would have been great if it had worked.

The room was clean, and the door was solid. I didn’t like anything else—it felt more like a hostel than a hotel. The twin room on the ground floor was tiny, basic, and felt like an under‑stairs cupboard. The wall lights were not working—see photo.

This place is nothing like the ads, so I wouldn’t recommend it at all. I would never book here again.
