The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly, and the Wi‑Fi held up well. The breakfast, however, was pretty basic, and there was no safe in the room, so I wouldn’t recommend it for business travelers.

“Comfortable stay.”

The staff were great, and the generator kicked in right after the NEPA cut out, making the room comfortable. Breakfast was made to order. The only drawback is that the hotel applies its own exchange rate, so you’ll end up paying more than the real rate when you settle the bill. The location is excellent and security is good.

The staff at this hotel were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference in my stay. However, I have to say that I was a bit let down by the actual hotel itself - it just didn't live up to the pictures I'd seen online. The rooms were smaller than I expected and the decor was a bit dated, but the people working there made up for it. Overall, it was an okay experience, but not quite what I was hoping for.

“Over all service was satisfactory”

The hotel's 24/7 room service was a lifesaver, especially when I was working late and needed a snack. However, the service was a bit slow, and I had to wait around 20 minutes for my order to arrive. Despite the delay, the staff were friendly and apologetic, which made up for the wait. Overall, it was a convenient feature that I appreciated, even if it wasn't always lightning-fast.
