The staff were professional and truly attentive, especially the Muslim staff during Ramadan who allayed my worries right away when I voiced them to the restaurant manager, and I enjoyed a wonderful iftar with great kindness. Nothing was lacking; everything was flawless, the rooms were clean, and the hotel combined security with cameras everywhere and a peaceful atmosphere. As a Muslim, I appreciated the prayer room on the second floor and the “BON RAMADAN” banner, and I definitely plan to return for my holidays.
The price was reasonable and the breakfast was fine, but the room smelled stuffy and the bed was so hard that it clearly needs improvement.
The teams are welcoming and always ready to help.

The hotel sits on a busy road and the noise from passers‑by disturbed my stay; there was no sound‑control system in the room. Many other aspects were lacking, including the location, room cleanliness, bed quality, and other features.
