“Property was not clean, guest-ready or as advertised”
The Warrandyte spot looked great in the photos and we liked the idea of a private staycation, but the reality fell short. The indoor pool was closed on arrival, the hosts lived just a few stairs above us with no door separating the spaces, and a wall of mirrors let us see into the guest area, which made us feel exposed. On top of that the house was freezing, the tiny heater Maggie gave us barely warmed the room, and the whole place was far from clean, so the price we paid felt unjustified.
