“Inconfortable”

You can check in very late, the spot isn’t bad, you can park a car right in front, and it’s fairly clean. The staircase is extremely steep, dangerously slick, and the low ceiling means I hit my head several times at 1.68 m; others have done the same, yet nothing was posted to warn us. It’s not suitable for people with suitcases. The rooms aren’t sound‑proofed; I could hear men snoring in the adjacent room all night. The bed was uncomfortable, there was no storage or shelf for items, the lamp flickered weakly, there was no mirror, the upstairs toilets were broken with a non‑working flush, the bathroom was tiny, a washing machine was present but there was nothing to dry clothes, so it was useless. In three days I saw no staff at all.
