The view from the back was very nice and the service was good.
The stay was incredibly peaceful, with a stunning view from the window that lets you just sit back and enjoy the scenery; watching birds from the room made the mornings calm and refreshing—perfect for unwinding and connecting with nature.
“A-”
The entire team was genuinely kind and helpful, greeting us with smiles and promptly meeting all our needs, though the water heater was a problem.
I expected a small soap and a water bottle as complimentary, but they weren't provided.
“Formidable”
The first thing that struck me was the warm welcome and the staff’s friendliness and helpfulness; the accommodation was quiet with a superb view of the tea plantations, and the price was very reasonable—highly recommended without hesitation.
