“Je n'est pas apprécié du tout”
The view by the pool was nice, and the location was convenient. The front‑desk staff were unprofessional and never present. I couldn’t retrieve my bill when I left. The staff were insufficient. The breakfast did not match the price in quality or quantity—catastrophic. The room was uncomfortable: no towels, switch problems, dusty closet, blankets, ventilation made a lot of noise, no dryer in the shower. The equipment quality in the room was not suitable.
