“Great location with great amenities for the price. Needs new sound proof insulation in the walls”

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, it's conveniently located right next to the mall and offers great amenities, including very clean rooms and excellent bathroom facilities. The suites were also quite useful. However, I was disappointed with the noise level - the walls are incredibly thin, and I could hear even the faintest sounds from neighboring rooms, not to mention loud neighbors and kids running up and down the halls.

“Absolutely HORRIBLE !!!!!”

The breakfast was barely enough; nobody checked if more food was needed, the coffee ran out, and refilling took forever—very disappointing! We were assigned room 402, but housekeeping was still cleaning, so the staff told us to leave our stuff on the bed until they finished and would notify us. While we waited in the lobby, a receptionist approached and said we’d been given the wrong room and that they’d moved all our belongings into the manager’s office on the floor. Needless to say, we were furious that they’d taken our items without permission and left them there. We asked why they didn’t inform us so we could relocate our belongings, especially since we had a lot of cash and valuables. We requested to speak with the General Manager, but he was off, and they said we’d have to wait until Monday. Because of their mishandling of our property, we missed our dinner plans and ruined our trip.

“Fantastic”

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay here - everything about the hotel met my expectations and I didn't have any complaints. The staff, amenities, and overall experience were all top-notch. I appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere.

Overall, my stay was good, with no major issues to report. The hotel's facilities and services were satisfactory, and I appreciated the comfortable and clean accommodations. I didn't have any standout experiences, but everything was pleasant and hassle-free.

“Okayish”

My stay had its ups and downs. On the positive side, I found the rooms to be nice and the staff to be very responsive to my needs. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast experience - the food options were limited, and the trash was often overflowing. To make matters worse, the hotel only has one elevator, which was a bit of an inconvenience.
