“Tranquil relax in the nature”

We’ve stayed at so many hotels while traveling, and this one tops them all – everything is crystal clean, the room is huge and spacious, and every detail feels intentional. I especially loved the kitchen where breakfast was served, the atmosphere was great, and the breakfast itself was fantastic. The gardens are simply gorgeous, the staff are very kind, and the spa is excellent. We brought our dog along and had a wonderful stay; we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was okay, but there were no dinner options in the restaurant menu.

Breakfast was good to very good; the salmon and bread selection could be expanded. The coffee machine in the corner is overcrowded (long wait times) and a second machine is urgently needed. The clearing service for empty tables could be improved. Egg dishes and ham were fine. I personally would appreciate more staff attention, and a light background music would be nice. The damaged edge of a pillar in the room we reported was photographed by the friendly front‑desk lady, who will take care of it.
