The whole hotel is beautiful, though the location could be better.

Everything was great, the staff was awesome and the place was very peaceful, but the turn‑down service would have been perfect.

The hotel was charming, comfortable and spotless, and the staff were endlessly patient. Unfortunately, the room had no power in any outlet, so we couldn’t charge our phones; when we mentioned it in the morning, they tried to help quickly, but we only stayed one night. After booking on the website and entering our card details as usual, we received several payment reminders, yet nowhere was it indicated that an extra step was required to finalize the reservation. For a five‑star property, the booking process should have been smoother and more user‑friendly.
