The location is close to many facilities. The rooms are not as tidy as on the booking platform; walls need to be repainted. Room cleaning is only upon request – it should be regular as long as the money paid. Wi‑Fi is unstable. Emails were not responded to / no feedback.

The staff were friendly.

The place is in a good spot and the staff are friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. The downside is the noise from the rooftop; I’m on the 10th floor and can hear the mechanical hum, so I had to wear headphones all evening to avoid it. When I asked, the staff said it was the filtration system for the pool.

The staff were friendly, but the towels were dirty and there were shortages of toilet supplies.

The staycation was excellent, and there was nothing to complain about except the swimming pool, which was dirty and the booking description warned that it couldn’t be used.
