Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa

“شكراً لطاقم الموظفين في الفندق وشكر خاص جداً للموظفه جولي على الاهتمام الرائع والمساعده الدائمه”

The hotel was spotless in every way and its strategic seaside location was great, plus the staff cared about guests and the breakfast buffet was very varied and halal‑friendly. No negatives.

“On the whole it was just great.”

The location was perfect and everything was splendid. The only issue was a language barrier with some staff; they should improve their English for better communication.

“Ein erholsamer Urlaub”

The staff were very friendly and the hotel’s amenities were good, making us feel comfortable. It was noisy, but the good glazing kept street traffic out. The air‑conditioner was loud yet functional, even though we couldn’t adjust it. The music in the fitness room and by the pool was deafening.

The city access was really great and the pool was insane—highly recommended! No particular problems.

View from the room is amazing. Quite difficult to communicate in English to staff
