“VERY DISAPPOINTED and will NEVER stay at an extended stay America EVER”

The location was off Interstate 376, which was convenient. Inside, the interior smelled foul, the hallway carpets were stained, and the second floor had a plastic sheet covering the wall and ceiling around the A/C unit, with damaged sheetrock on the floor and a plastic cover over the top of the hallway A/C unit to protect it from damage. The room floors were sticky, so I had to keep my shoes on. The refrigerator opened toward you and almost hit the stove, so I had to reach over the top of the door to access the inside. There were multiple bugs on the ceiling when we checked in. Every door that opened or closed on the floor could be heard because the walls and doors were very thin. The shower had warm water at best, and the water pressure was minimal.

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. There was a weird, wet, musty smell around the entrance area that you could notice right after opening the door.

“All in all a very safe place with very low quality. I'd stay again though because it was safe”

The location is fine. The bed was a nightmare: after a concert, one side creaked and the other side lifted, making a loud, uncomfortable night. The floors were sticky for reasons I don't know. Several furniture knobs were missing. Neighbors had dogs, and the hotel and elevator smelled like wet dog, but the AC worked wonderfully. The staff were incredibly nice. Set low expectations for a motel with a price over $200 and you'll be fine. It was in a very safe neighborhood, which mattered most since I was traveling with my family.

I liked that it was close to where we were and easy to get to, and close to good food and shopping. The bed was horrible – I would have slept better in a pop‑up camper. The room was okay, but the bed was absolutely terrible and super uncomfortable.

I didn’t see breakfast or was told about breakfast. No coffee set up.
