“A great spot to stay and explore Toluca”

The room was lovely, with a comfortable double bed, a cupboard for our clothes, a chair to sit in, and a small bathroom with a nice shower. We were warmly greeted and the place felt very secure. It was an easy walk into downtown. Just beside the hotel was a lovely restaurant where we enjoyed breakfast.

The style of the venue, its cleanliness, and its location were all good. The surrounding area can feel unsafe at night.

“Great budget location if you plan on visiting the local area.”

The location was really great. It was a short walk to the Nemesio Díez Stadium and the Cosmovitral Botanical Garden, which were the main things I wanted to see. The location had good security and was clean. They also contacted me via WhatsApp to ensure I could find the hotel. Checking in was a little confusing only because I wasn’t 100 % certain if I was in the correct room since there was no one at the front desk. I just had to call out for assistance, and it was smooth sailing from there.

The location and cleanliness were good. The bed in the double room for my relative was uncomfortable because the springs were awkward.
