The pools were amazing, and room service was very active and helpful. The beach, however, is very rocky and not suitable for swimming. There should be more variety in the meals offered.
The property is really good, and the various pools and diving center are also nice. Laundry service was terrible, and the cleaning between days in the rooms left a lot to be desired. The food was just barely sufficient.
The environment was relatively calm and the staff were helpful. Constantly annoying salespeople bothered us, and the safari trip with Adam turned out to be more of a tour around trash, ending with a “buy perfume” suggestion. The food looked colorful at first glance but wasn’t quite up to quality.
