The new place is neatly furnished and tidy. Ivana was very courteous at check‑in and in message exchanges. The common area, used for breakfast, is spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness during the day is at the discretion of guests who use it.

“Excellent place in Anzio”

The place has just been renovated and looks great. It’s quiet, spotless, and sits in a calm spot about a 10‑minute walk from the city centre and the harbour. The host was very friendly.

“Tutto perfetto!”

The accommodation is truly exquisite and meticulously detailed, exactly as shown in the photos and described in the listing. The building is new, welcoming, and exceptionally clean. The shared kitchen area is well organised with dishes and everything needed for a pleasant breakfast. Our room also had a lovely terrace, complete with a drying rack, very comfortable. The jacuzzi was the perfect indulgence, as were the loungers in the outdoor area, ideal for relaxing. The most important note, however, is the host: truly super helpful, kind and patient! Despite our mishaps, which caused us to check‑in much later than planned, he welcomed us with great availability and courtesy. The accommodation is just a few minutes by car from the port to catch the ferry to Ponza and reach nearby eateries. A truly pleasant stay at a place I absolutely recommend!
