“Excelente ubicacion, precio abusivo.”

It was excessively expensive for the room, though the location was excellent and it was clean but not dazzling; I had a balcony, but the edge and chairs were rusty and the terrace was dirty. There was a musty smell or something, the bathroom tap was loose (video), a closet handle and a bathroom door were missing, and there was an electric cable over the shower (they said it was regulation 🤔). I requested a iron a week before for meetings and it arrived two days late; the price was outrageous.

The spot was great and super convenient, but the room was really tiny, while the bathroom was spacious.

The rooms were refurbished in an old building, very clean and roomy, with towel changes and daily cleaning; the location was central, just 10 min from the train station. The staff communication was poor – they didn’t send me the access codes until after several calls and emails I sent, and the same issue happened with the check‑out.
