Thanks to the entire staff, especially Mr. Mahmoud, Mr. Utman, and the restaurant manager. The breakfast could use a wider selection.

The hotel sits in a cramped old market area and the location is far from ideal; the room’s air‑conditioner barely cools, the bathroom harbors tiny insects, and the front desk only hands you a single room key so you can’t leave the AC on when you’re out, which means you return to a sweltering room and have to wrestle with the weak cooler. On the morning of checkout the reception calls at 11 am, wakes you up and tells you you must leave at noon, making you feel unwanted. Oddly enough, the booking site rates the property as five stars while the reception insists they are only four ⭐.
