The preparation of the scrambled eggs took far too long; it would be better to switch to a self‑serve setup or hire more staff.

I had emailed the hotel multiple times to request a room next to my friend, but that arrangement was not made until after I arrived. It seemed my messages were answered, yet whoever received them failed to pass them on or fulfill the promised service, forcing me to redo the whole process when I got there, which was a real frustration with the front desk staff.

The breakfast staff were very friendly, except for the gentleman in the kitchen who made the eggs, who was not so friendly.
