Jai Mahal Palace

A fantastic hotel in a beautiful city. We stayed for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Our busy itinerary kept us away from the hotel, so an extra night would have been perfect. All of the staff were amazing and helpful, especially duty manager Pooja Kumari, who was very friendly. I would recommend staying here to anyone and can’t wait to return. Great food, great room, and fantastic service from everyone.

“A Stay That Ended on a Very Positive Note”

We hit a few snags at the start of our stay, but senior management handled everything with patience, respect, and professionalism, genuinely working to fix the issues. Their attentive response made us feel heard and appreciated, and my wife left feeling very happy and comfortable, which meant a lot to me. Thanks to the management and staff for turning the experience around.

“Overall, lovely stay”

The breakfast was very good and met Taj standards, and the room overlooked the city; stepping outside lands you amid large manicured gardens where it’s lovely to walk and sit. The rooms could use more soundproofing, and the breakfast area feels a bit cramped when the hotel is full.
