I don’t recommend booking through Booking because you don’t get the benefits that come with a direct reservation on the hotel’s website, and when I tried to change my booking it was denied because I had used Booking.

The service and food were excellent, and the hotel looked beautiful, but it was under renovation, so there was a lot of noise, dust, and workers; we were assigned a room right next to the construction site.

“Bellísimo”

Everything: the place, the facilities, the calm, the friendliness of the staff, the exquisite food, the gorgeous room. The only downside was the waiting room, which was too small to accommodate several people checking in at once.

“estadia magnifica”

The design of the place, the outdoor spaces and the room, the bathroom details, the refillable glass water bottles, the cleanliness, and the SPA were all superb; the staff were very friendly and the overall service exceeded our expectations. The only complaint was the breakfast portions, which felt a bit insufficient, and the dinner dishes didn’t meet our quality expectations; during dinner a large screen played music videos, which, in my view, disrupted the quiet needed for rest, enjoying nature, and conversation.
